Bubble Woods is a 60-seconds bubble shooter, developed in-house. Our original ambition was to create one of best playable bubble shooters on Facebook. After launch in 2012, Bubble Woods quickly gained popularity and grew virally to an all-time high of 750,000 monthly players in mid 2013.

In cooperation with Playata, Moonbyte created the game's initial concept, designed the core features, and led the production team up to first launch of the game. Today, Hero Zero has over 14 million players across the globe.

Charm King is a beautiful level-based match-3 game by US publisher PlayQ. Moonbyte was responsible for porting the existing mobile version to Facebook. The game client was fully rewritten for Facebook. One of the key goals was to achieve an identical game feel like on mobile, combined with fast performance in Adobe Flash. Charm King Facebook currently reaches over 100,000 daily players.

Crashday is the arcade racing game that brought Moonbyte to life. Starting as our hobby project at the age of 14, Crashday grew bigger and eventually —after 7 years in development— was released by publisher Atari in 2006. Until today, this game has a very special meaning for us. Crashday sold more than 250,000 retail copies world-wide.

Smarty Bubbles is our take on the classic bubble shooter. It was created together with our friends at Kaisergames. We tried to create a simple, elegant and well-polished match-3 classic. The web version has been played more than 50 million times. Moreover, the HTML5 port of the game is ranked #1 from 300+ games on Kaisergames' HTML5 portal sites.

Paper Chase is a casual flight game in which you steer a paper plane through the streets of New York. Nurdy Muny hired us to create a first fully playable prototype for the game, including all gameplay and graphics. The prototype was later extended into a full version by Nurdy Muny themselves. The full game has seen several million downloads on Google Play since its release in 2013.

Happy Treasure is a social game for Facebook that we created internally. You are traveling the world to dig for treasures, which you can then decorate in your mansion. Unfortunately, the game was never released to the public, due to a lack of funding back in 2010.

Mr. Nik's Crazy Kart is a small Mario Kart-like racing game for Facebook. It combines colorful graphics with accessible gameplay, fun characters and highscore competition through Facebook. It was created in cooperation with SnapDragon Games and publisher Playnik.

We created this real-time graphics demo in cooperation with SnapDragon Games. Our goals was to showcase which level of visual fidelity is possible in the browser in 2009. The demo is using Unity3D with custom "fake HDR" shaders for more realistic car reflections.

Evoker is a fantasy-themed trading card game by Flaregames. Moonbyte was working with Flaregames to improve the game's Day 1 retention. It was possible to achieve this goal through various measures such as UX optimizations, balancing changes, and improvements on the game entry flow.
